Innovation Sprint Methodology


A half-day workshop with stakeholders from across the business. We use this time to collect domain knowledge and areas for innovation.


Using a proven ideation process, we work through the innovation areas identified to develop a number of concepts.


Concepts are then diverged to create variety before converging them back towards viable solutions.


The strongest concepts are taken through a rapid design process, developing thematic elements for effective illustration.


Design and technical elements are prototyped, suitable for user demonstrations and presenting to stakeholders and investors.
