Once upon a time, not so long ago, the idea of electric cars being fully operational on the road – complete with self-driving capability – was the stuff of Sci-Fi. Now, Tesla has revolutionised the automobile market with its range of battery cars that are not only sleek and desirable, but pack a wallop in horsepower too. The Model S can achieve 0-60 mph in a mind-melting 2.3 seconds, while being a comfortable 4 door saloon car with a 379 mile range on a single charge.
Why we like it
While the car itself looks great, we are naturally more impressed by the interior driver display, which features a giant 17-inch touchscreen for a vast range of driver controls, with a super sleek design and responsive hardware that puts most other manufacturers to shame.
